cancellation policy
  • Our dedicated therapists often have fully booked schedules and maintain active waiting lists. To ensure fair access to our services and accommodate as many patients as possible, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice will incur a $40 cancellation fee.
  • Missed sessions without prior notice will also result in a $40 fee.
  • For repeat offenders, we may request pre-payment for future appointments. Your cooperation in adhering to this policy is greatly appreciated. It allows us to serve you and our other patients effectively and provides an opportunity to offer your appointment slot to someone on our busy waitlist. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
