Our Director and senior physiotherapist with deep expertise in the both sports rehab and everyday musculoskeletal condition recovery.
With a strong background in sports and martial arts, Alan developed a deep understanding of how the human body moves, recovers, and performs at its best.
He has worked extensively with injuries from martial arts, cross-training, rugby, and AFL, as well as helping people from a wide range of professions manage workplace and lifestyle-related issues.
Alan combines advanced physiotherapy techniques with tailored exercise programs to deliver fast, effective results. His confident, supportive, hands-on approach is backed by years of experience and a commitment to staying at the forefront of his field.

Michelle graduated from AUT in 2015 with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy, earning top honors as both the best student and recipient of the best research project award in her final year. Since then, she has developed extensive expertise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with a strong focus on guiding patients through effective rehabilitation.
Her professional journey has been underscored by continuous learning, including advanced training in orthopaedic manual therapy for various regions of the body.
Michelle is also passionate about yoga, incorporating its principles to enhance patient care and promote overall well-being.
With a hands-on, results-driven approach, she is combining her skills to bring dedicated care to her practice.

Through his involvement in sport, Ian has developed a strong understanding of the physical demands of training, injury recovery, and performance-based rehabilitation. He enjoys working with both competitive athletes and those seeking support with everyday musculoskeletal conditions.
Ian combines hands-on physiotherapy techniques with tailored, evidence-based exercise programs to deliver safe and effective results. Our highly skilled acupuncturist with extensive experience treating a wide range of clients—from professional athletes and dancers to everyday weekend warriors.
She has worked closely with martial arts fighters and rugby teams, building strong expertise in sports injury recovery, pain management, and improving overall mobility and performance.
Cindy’s approach combines traditional acupuncture with modern techniques to help reduce pain, speed up recovery, and restore balance, so clients can get back to doing what they love—whether it’s competing at a high level or simply living pain-free.
Outside the clinic, Cindy enjoys interior design, transforming houses into beautiful homes, and can often be found happily greeting dogs at the park.
